Any candidate whose name has been shortlisted should proceed to the UBA Ogoja Road, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State for the purchase of the ACCEPTANCE SCRATCH CARD, then Proceed to STARMAC CYBERLAND for the confirmation of the Acceptance payment online.
